This may be the "KIM Campbell" mentioned by SF Site in their 2003 Memorium, of which they wrote: "British fan KIM Campbell died on November 15 following a four and a half year fight with cancer. KIM (born Katherine Isobel McGregor Campbell) was born in Canada and traveled to England in 1978. She extended her three month holiday there to a lifetime residency. KIM was responsible, in a large part, for the success of the two most recent bids for a Scottish Worldcon, as well as running a Smofcon in York in 2001. Recently, KIM was placed in hospice.
