Maiden name probably "Elizabeth Cummins". "Elizabeth Cummins Cogell" was probably a married name. She later remarried, but does not appear she used her last husband's name (Vonalt) for ISFDB cataloged works.
She is retired as a professor from Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly known as University of Missouri-Rolla).
