"sysoon.com", which is confused on some things about her (like her gender) has a grave marker for this "Elizabeth Dale Hoover" in San Diego, CA 92115. Google is unable to locate any graveyards in that zip code, although it did locate two funeral parlors (which might be the source of their "grave marker"). Those two are: Featheringill Mortuary and Am Israel Mortuary. Both of them say they did not handle her funeral. Chavey 15:55, 28 December 2016 (UTC)

SF Site (of March 3, 2007) writes of this author "Dale Hoover died in February. Hoover published the novels Shadow Twin and 65mm in the early 1990s. She also published some short stories during the same period and served as a small press editor." We do not know the small press for which she worked. Chavey 15:55, 28 December 2016 (UTC)
