Buck, Charles William (1849-1930) — also known as Charles W. Buck — of Woodford County, Ky.; Louisville, Jefferson County, Ky. Born in Vicksburg, Warren County, Miss., March 17, 1849. Lawyer; U.S. Minister to Peru, 1885-89. Died in Jefferson County, Ky., November 30, 1930 (age 81 years, 258 days). Interment at Cave Hill Cemetery, Louisville, Ky.
