This is almost certainly "BARZEVI, Dr. A. H", who was the editor, of "Questions and Answers" (from 1170 Broadway, New York, New York, USA). This person is listed in the 1925 edition of William C. Hartman's "Who's Who in Occult Psychic and Spiritual Realms", published "Under the Auspices of The Occult Brotherhood ", in the section on "Prominent Officials of Societies, Editors of Periodicals, Leaders of Different Movements, Etc.". (That entry, however, gives no further information than shown here.). The periodical "Questions and Answers" is described as:
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS. 1170 Broadway, New York. Bi-weekly. "Answers Biblical and Religious Questions in a Scientific Manner." Editor, Dr. A. H. Barzevi. Publisher, Charles Rubinstein.
