Locus1 claims that this name is a pseudonym for "David N. Meyer, II". It is tempting to believe that this is the same as the David N. Meyer, III that we have listed in the ISFDB. However, Locus1 lists those as two separate authors, even though they were writing at essentially the same time. Further research to decide if these are the same persons might be useful.
