Bleiler, in Science-Fiction: The Early Years has a review of "A Weird Appointment" by "Harry S. Tedrow". the Index to Fantasy & Science Fiction in Munsey Publications lists this story as by "Harry B. Tedrow" as does FictionMags, which has one other story with the initial "B". A Google search for "Harry S. Tedrow" does not return any uses for that form except the current (before changing the initial) ISFDB entries (and one other person who is clearly not the author).
