I write notes to remind myself of things I need to investigate further when I come back to my previous edits, which I do on a regular basis to add or fix info. I didn't really expect you to have an answer about Cox. Your angry note did, however, lead me on a search for more info and I found that locusmag.com had an entry for this publication, which showed that the date entered on ISFDB was way off (the ISBN is higher than The Last Continent, also published by ShadowLands in 1999-08-00 according to ISFDB) and also provided page #'s and the actual title of the introduction by the mysterious Frater. So your hostility actually greatly improved this record. Thanks.
