Note to Moderator:

Lines 3 and 4 on the Pub Note are taken from the copyright page. The month of publication was taken from the publisher's website since it doesn't appear anywhere in the paperback book (https://www.press.uillinois.edu/books/catalog/52nng8dr9780252069550.html). Regarding the page count, I to VIII are unnumbered and contain the frontmatter, copyright, table of contents; roman numbered page IX to XXV is an introduction essay; and arabic numbered page 1 to 219 is the main work (with 220 to 222 being an appendix), giving a total of 247. There is a one-sided blank page in between the introduction essay and the main work, that's why I think the publisher's website says the book has a total of 248 pages. Is there a way to input this accurately on the pages field? would xxv+[1]+222 be appropriate?
