Note	HathiTrust Digital Library (HDL) provides full view of one e-copy, from a bound book at the Library of the University of Minnesota (UML). Apparently a stained copy of the title page is pasted on the front cover. Title page displays "Price One Shilling" as well as the full book title, full author name, and full publisher name that are entered here (except " Ltd"). (The British Library (BL, below) abbreviates all three and WorldCat library records (OCLC) are variously incomplete.) The next image (HDL image 10) displays a print obituary "Mr. James Platt, Jun.", perhaps dated by hand "10 Feb 10". The next image is the printed Contents list. Image 10 probably shows a clipping pasted on the back side of the title page in the UML book. The only printed back page, p[174] identifies the printer.
