Synopsis: Jasmine and Sam recently managed to rescue young Allison Jackson from an evil cartel, destroying the witch who was the head of the cartel in the process. But he wasn't working alone; his partner, a Russian mobster named Afanasii Butkovski, has now kidnapped Allison's brother Parker in revenge. Even worse, Afanasii is really a bona fide, fire-breathing dragon of Slavic legend, who plans on delivering the young man to an ancient English crone called Black Annis. And in all her years of murderous existence, no one has ever escaped from her mystic garden. Unable to involve the authorities in conflicts with such supernatural creatures, Jasmine, Sam and their friends once again must depend on their own magickal resources as they embark on yet another rescue mission...this time against foes the like of which they have never seen.
