Layout of the same wording on the undated title page undermines confidence. Year 1914 is from the preface by Redmond-Howard, which closes "Lincoln's Inn, October 1914." <li>SFE3, cited below, credits "Louis G. Redmont" as translator of the 1915 Hodder & Stoughton, ostensibly as the first English-language edition. </ul>
