Synopsis: Fairy Bright-Wing's responsibility is to listen carefully to children to discover what gifts they want, then whisper that to the adults. When she confuses everyone's gift, the King and Queen of Fairyland banish her until a child will forgive her for the problems. Betty is that child, gets a visit to Fairyland, and becomes fast friends with them all.
