Note: The only book pub is 1983 anth, with subtitle "Vampire from Ferat". The film gives the story as the source and the inner plot agrees in main points; it was shot in 1981 and reportedly prepared long in late 1970es. It remains unclear how the story could appear first in 1977 Hungarian trans.
Synopsis: Narrator celebrating 50th birthday who wrote "Vampire Ltd" some 20 years ago is told a story where such blood-sucking racecar really appeared to exist, to be revealed as advertising stunt; he then ponders on what it is to be aging author.
