Notes: According to Currey, the publisher states that approximately 400 copies were printed, 200 of which were bound with the remainder later destroyed. According to "Daddy!" by Jack L. Chalker in Fantasy Newsletter No. 61, August 1983, 500 copies were printed, first binding was 150 copies in black, 100 with dust jackets. Chalker also notes that "the typographical errors were legion", and an errata sheet was laid in each book. Chalker also notes that the books were actually bound in the fall of 1936, despite the earlier publication date in the book itself.
