    • Month was taken from the publisher's website (October 2008). Unfortunately (Nov. 2011), this page is no longer available. A couple of on-line retailers still have May as the month (Nov. 2011)
    • No printed price. On the publisher's website, in October 2008, the price was given as $26.95 (A$). [...clarkmci]
    • The book is 28.7cm high & 25cm wide.
    • Re cover scan:
      • The book is too wide for my scanner, so the image shown is essentially cropped (& a bit fuzzy) left and right. (Mostly left side is cropped)
      • The author's name and "ILLUSTRATED BY" illustrator's name are gold foil which hasn't come out well on the scan.
      • A better cover can be seen on a retailer's site [here] (Nov. 2011), though still lightly left cropped.
    • The book has a dust jacket; the cover is also printed onto the boards.
