This publication was scheduled for release on 2021-10-28, but as of 2021-11-10 it seems that none of the retailers listing it have ever had it in stock. It seems likely that one or both of the following occurred:

• The hardcover edition was cancelled in favour of a Demy/Royal-sized trade paperback (with a slightly later publication date).
• The hardcover was switched to being a limited edition exclusive to speciality retailers - this has happened with other Hachette UK titles (example), although as of 2021-11-10 no such exclusive has been identified.
