    • WorldCat library record OCLC 2171739 provides a list of Contents (38). Those 38 titles include 3 subsections each for "Jason" and "The Story of Theseus". Thus alone the list differs from that posted for the 2008 NYRB edition by the Library of Congress, LCCN 2007031162.
    • OCLC 219950264 displays a long heading: "Men and gods : Greek myths retold in English prose, adapted chiefly from Ovid's Metamorphoses". That heading suggests a long title, but it is not a report from the title page, apparently from the image at Amazon.
