    • Red cloth cover with gold-stamped lettering and decoration on the spine, depiction of Puck on the front. (Verification copy with spine and front of dustjacket tipped in as front endpaper --full-page color that shows Puck of the front cover with the two children in Pook's Hill setting, after Millar or derived from Millar?)
    • Color frontispiece: "Gloriana" by H. R. Millar (clearly signed). Origin unknown. It refers to a story in the second half of this collection, which contains the 1926 Brock illustrations.

    • Contents, p.v-vii, presents the 21 story titles as chapter or section titles and thus lists the narrative and verse out of sequence; for instance the first chapter/section: 1. Weland's Sword 3. Puck's Song 31. A Tree Song
    • Illustrations, p.ix-x, lists 33 (frontispiece and 32 full-page b/w drawings, clearly signed, one-side leaves included in the pagination). The artists are credited only on the title page, jointly. The 32 drawings are those from the 1906 and 1926 editions, all clearly signed, 20 by Millar and 12 by Brock respectively.
