    • The "extracts" span numbered pages/leaves 60-77 and 9 unnumbered pages, the latter for the mock advertisements. All leaves are printed on one side only, except that the 9 pages of mock ads are appear on 8 leaves with the final mock ad a two-page spread (verso and recto).
    • HathiTrust Digital Library provides full view of 4 copies, all apparently complete including the original illustrated cover, under three catalog records (one record, cf. records 004481654, 007123278).
