Notes: Originally released as part of a Kickstarter campaign for the Planet Mercenary RPG This is the "Defaced" edition, which has handwritten notes in the margins of the book from multiple characters in the Schlock Mercenary universe. It also has water and other liquid stains all over in it. First printing per number line: 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 Interior artists are the people who wrote the different margin notes in-character Cover artist/designer per copyright page Copyright page states author is Howard Tayler. "Link Weimar" is an in-universe character who "wrote" the book (including the introduction). "Teia Kelian" is an in-universe character who wrote the foreword. None of the pages are numbered. However, each page contains one maxim, and there are a few additional pages of content beyond the 71 maxims (there really are 71, not 70, despite the title of the book)
