    • Our two sources disagree on the pagination: National Book Auctions say 519 pages; WorldCat says 413 pages. Since the title page shown clearly says "1921", and WorldCat says [1921?], we assume that WorldCat is referring to a trade edition published somewhat after the limited edition, and that the limited edition has additional material.
