Tuck lists it as a December 1940 publication, but Vol.1, No. 5, February 1941 of the fanzine Futurian War Digest states that "As this issue goes to press, we learn from Walter H. Gillings its editor, that the thirteenth issue of "TALES OF WONDER"; though delayed; will be published in the near future". The issue also mentions that "During the City of London "Fire-blitz" last month, British publishers suffered badly". The "Fire-blitz", also known as the "Second Great Fire of London", occurred on December 29/30, 1940 and destroyed, among other sections of the city, "Paternoster Row", the center of British Publishing, so the fanzine issue appeared in January 1941. Based on this information, it's likely that ''Tales of Wonder and Super Science, #13'' was published in January or February 1941.
