- Deluxe boxed edition of 1,000 numbered copies signed by Margo Skinner and Rodger Gerberding. A space for Leiber's signature was left unsigned because he died before the book was completed.
- This limited edition contains 34 pages of tributes not contained in the trade edition. Delays in production caused this book to appear in 1993 regardless of the 1992 copyright.
- Tribute section inserted before copyright page and numbered separately. The pages are prefaced with a T in the content listing below.
