  • Notes: Limited to 1.250 copies according to The Whole Science Fiction Data Base 8. "Son of Daddy!" by Jack L. Chalker in Fantasy Newsletter No. 62, September 1983 states that 1250 copies were printed, of which 750 were clothbound and 500 sold for Pick-a-Book. Chalker also notes that 300 additional variant jackets were printed, so that some of the Pick-a-Book volumes have the original jacket, but most have the reprint variant jacket.
