Ellora's Cave published the series primarily in e-book, the second as King of Spades under the name Cheyenne McCray." Pink Zebra Publishing published the books as by "Jaymie Holland"; the novels were seemingly expanded, e.g. "Claimed by Pleasure" had 60 pages worth of text added although the introductions of the 2022 editions do not mention expansion of any of the novels - just the different printings which implies that the extra pages may be just due to font change.
