Note: "T-Space" refers to, in Alastair Mayer's universe, "terraformed space", a region of space containing many stars with terraformed planets, right down to life forms which originated on Earth millions of years before humans existed. The who, what or exact when have not so far been articulated in Mayer's stories, but there have not been found any lifeforms descended from species which went extinct at or near the end of the Cretaceous. The Hannibal Carson story and novels are set about 100 years in the future (early 22nd century), with settlements as far away about 30 light years (The Chara Talisman). The "Jason Curtis" short story/novelette series is set some twenty or thirty years earlier, the exact years are not given.
