The text is complete apparently.

Transcriptions from the title leaf (verso) and next page, of interest in relation to the composition, publication, and copyright history: "Entered according to the Act of Congress, in the year 1838, by F. Marryat, in the Clerk's Office of the District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania." Philadelphia: King and Baird, Printers. No. 9, George Street. "To Catharine P. Ingraham, of Philadelphia, this work is dedicated by her affectionate cousin, the author."
