<li>The Lord of the Rings (chapter 3)</li>
<li>Total Recall/We Can Remember It For You Wholesale (chapter 4)</li>

<ModNote>Submitting this one ’cos I stumbled across an old talk on the wiki referencing it, but it never got added: http://www.isfdb.org/wiki/index.php/User_talk:PeteYoung#David_Hughes_mix-up
Hopefully the notes I added in the synopsis field are enough to demonstrate its ISFDB-relevance.
Pub date is a bit confusing: copyright assignation lists 2003, but then it also says "First *US* edition March 2004" - even though all the legalese, prices etc indicate this is a UK publication?!? I ended up taking the pub date from Amazon UK, although I have a vague recollection that 2003 might be in the period that Amazon can’t be trusted for this? Feel free to change it as you see appropriate.
For the chapters/essays, I have replicated the capitalization as used on the page headings, which may not be aligned with ISFDB standards e.g. "Perchance To Dream" vs "Perchance to Dream".
I also have a revised edition of this book in Kindle format, which I’ve never gotten round to reading, but will try to remember to add at some point.</ModNote>
