Paperback imprint of Macfadden-Bartell Corporation, a subsidiary of Bartell Media Corporation. Also here as Publisher:Macfadden Books and Publisher:MacFadden. I'm leaning towards this version as canonical name, once we've changed the "F" to lower-case. But this article from the Milwaukee Journal June 9, 1968 suggests there was a Macfadden Publications, Inc. acquired in 1962. It also suggests that Bartell Media was sold to Down (or Downe) Communications, Inc in 1968. BLongley 19:58, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
