The long list "'''Used These Alternate Names'''" has as its fourth item "Henry Kuttner" - and it's the same Henry Kuttner as the primary name, no difference in spacing etc. Now, is this just some mistaken circular entry in the pseudonyms table which could be deleted manually, or is it a result of some joint works with C. L. Moore having been published as by Kuttner alone, which would need to be fixed in the logic of the <code>ea.cgi</code> script? --[[User:JV|JV]][[User talk:JVjr|jr]] 13:53, 31 July 2009 (UTC)

Bibliographic Comments for Henry Kuttner

The following is the text of an excerpt of a letter from Henry Kuttner to Samuel Mines. It appears on page 138 of the February 1953 issue of Thrilling Wonder Stories: "I see that the letter columns still plaintively ask if Hamilton, Vance and Sam Mines are Kuttner pseudonyms. Next time you can safely refer the inquirers to Don Day's INDEX TO THE SCIENCE FICTION MAGAZINES, which carries the authorized correct listings on the Kuttner-Moore pseudonyms. There are, God help me, eighteen of them, including single-shots and house names. Sometimes I wonder how-or why--I ever did it."

Auto-pseudonym

The long list "Used These Alternate Names" has as its fourth item "Henry Kuttner" - and it's the same Henry Kuttner as the primary name, no difference in spacing etc. Now, is this just some mistaken circular entry in the pseudonyms table which could be deleted manually, or is it a result of some joint works with C. L. Moore having been published as by Kuttner alone, which would need to be fixed in the logic of the ea.cgi script? --JVjr 13:53, 31 July 2009 (UTC)
