OK, I am quite new at this, so my entry may have some shortcomings.  First, the 139 pages is last page number of this title, there are an additional 149 pages in the other title, which was entered in the details for that title in the contents section (although that appears to have been lost, when viewing the submission data).  Should I have totaled the two amounts?  Second, the cover states the author as "John and Ward Hawkins"  I initially entered John Hawkins and Ward Hawkins as separated author entries for this title, but when I got to the contents section of the entry I combined them.  Upon refection, I thought this might have been an error on my part, but I can't seem to find a way to edit the initial submission.  Third, the title in question is actually a suspense / mystery title, However, I have noticed that many western, mystery & romance titles are listed with various authors under a sub-section labeled "non-genre", which is where I assumed it would appear if the entry was accepted.  If you could point me to what I should click on to correct errors in this entry, as well as some clues on how to correct its faults I would appreciate it greatly.

Welcome!

Hello, Klepsis, and welcome to the ISFDB Wiki! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

Note: Image uploading isn't entirely automated. You're uploading the files to the wiki which will then have to be linked to the database by editing the publication record.

Please be careful in editing publications that have been primary verified by other editors. See Help:How to verify data#Making changes to verified pubs. But if you have a copy of an unverified publication, verifying it can be quite helpful. See Help:How to verify data for detailed information.

I hope you enjoy editing here! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will insert your name and the date. If you need help, check out the community portal, or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!.--Dirk P Broer 16:13, 15 April 2019 (EDT)

Violent City omnibus

Hello, and a welcome from me, too! Thanks for contributing, but there are some issues with your submission:

1) The authors for the OMNIBUS (John Hawkins) and the authors for the included items don't match (there are three authors).

2) With only 139 pages there doesn't seem to be enough printing space for two novels.

3) As an Ace Double, the format also could be 'dos' (as with other Ace Doubles).

4) And finally: Are you sure that it is speculative fiction that is published in the book? Because only that would be listed.

Thanks, Stonecreek 02:57, 15 May 2019 (EDT)
