Fall and Rise

I have approved and massaged Fall and Rise. Here are a few things that I changed to make the record follow ISFDB standards:

1. As per our Help pages, "10 digit ISBNs should be entered as stated in the publication. 13 digit ISBNs are not understood by the ISFDB software at this time and should be converted to 10 digit ISBNs. (There are many online ISBN converters, e.g. this one (http://www.isbn.org/converterpub.asp))."
2. The binding formats as per the same Help pages are "hc" for "hardcover", "pb" for 7" x 4.25" paperbacks and "tp" for larger ("trade") paperbacks.
3. The image URL that you submitted ([1]) comes up as an "Image hosted by AbgelFire" logo, not as a picture of the cover art. Also, do you happen to have permission from the hosting site to link to it?
4. Author names should entered with spaced between initials, e.g. "K. M. Praschak" as opposed to "K.M. Praschak". The latter form of the name is known as "kerning" and is a typographic convention that we don't support.
