Theta Books, Inc. filed as a Domestic for Profit Corporation in the State of Florida on December 12, 1978 and is no longer active.^[1]

Theta Books was owned and operated by bookstore owner Virgil Wilhite (b.1942) died on April 11, 2004. Wilhite was also a small press publisher specializing in the early works of L. Ron Hubbard. He uncovered many of Hubbard's early pseudonyms.^[2]
