Although "London: Methuen" would usually imply a Librarian's lazy abbreviation, there was in fact a "Methuen London Ltd" in 1987, based at 11 New Fetter Lane, London EC4P 4EE. In 1988, they lost the "Ltd" and were at 81 Fulham Road, London SW3 6RB.
