ISFDB talk:General disclaimer

Possibly this needs some updating:

• "The ISFDB database is stored on a server in the State of Texas in the United States of America" - is this still true?
• "The ISFDB software is Copyright (c) 1995-2007 by Al von Ruff" - I'm sure he added some extra in 2008 (publishers for instance). And is it all still Al's work, or have someone else's amendments been accepted now?
